Hartsville IT Solutions was founded to provide professional, straightforward technology services for individuals and small businesses.
I’m Jacob, the owner and technician behind Hartsville IT Solutions. I bring more than a decade of professional information technology experience, with a background spanning computer systems, networking, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and technical support.
After 12 years in U.S. Navy information technology and earning my bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Technology, I decided to put that experience to work building something of my own.
Today, I provide everything from computer and electronics repair to network installation and troubleshooting, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and ongoing IT management and support. Because Hartsville IT Solutions is owner-operated, the person you speak with is also the person responsible for the work.
A Different Approach to IT
Technology doesn’t need to be complicated. My approach is to understand the problem, explain the options clearly, and recommend a solution that actually makes sense without unnecessary products, services, or technical jargon.
